Georgina is a passionate runner, she has completed multiple running events across New Zealand spanning half, full and ultra marathon distances. She has also competed at Hyrox events in both New Zealand and Australia. A qualified personal trainer with 5 years’ experience, George has the skillset and knowledge to help you achieve your goals!

Tailored Plans

Targeted plans for specific distance events or competitions, for those who may have previously competed.

Strength

Strength training plans catering for all levels of fitness. Can be used to supplement your existing running program, Hyrox training, or simply to improve strength and mobility.

With a range of different plans to meet varying running and fitness levels, from beginner to personalised plans for specific races, there is something for everyone.

  • This program is an 8 week introduction to running, designed for those who are either taking their first steps and wanting to build to 5km, or those who have dabbled in the past but want more structure to take their running to the next level. Cost $65NZD.

  • This is a 8 or 12 week personalised program designed to help you achieve your running goals and is individualized to your training needs. This program will be created based on a follow up email to make sure it is perfect for your needs. 8 Week plan $80, 12 week plan $120 NZD.

  • This is a fully personalised coaching program, tailor made for you with weekly catch ups, weekly programs and adjustments to suit your needs. For our athletes that need guidance within the gym/Hyrox setting, this can be included within your programming. Monthly cost $120-$150 NZD depending on requirements.

  • Strength training plans are available for specific disciplines, covering running, triathlon or Hyrox.

    Additionally, strength training options are there for those looking to increase strength, improve their movement or simply their overall wellbeing.

    Eight week, self lead strengths plans are $90.
